Job Description
- Implement requirements on time while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Understand requirements accurately and implement them without compromise—making it work first and continuously improving it.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality outcomes.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure the work delivered creates value for both customers and the organization.
- Take ownership of outcomes and remain accountable for deliverables, while being ready to iterate and pivot when needed.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by actively collaborating with peers and managers to improve the quality of work.
- Learn from peer reviews and feedback, while sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Produce bug-free, high-quality code and perform unit testing before handing over features to QA.
- Gain a deep understanding of the entire technology stack, from front-end development to infrastructure management.
- Build proof of concepts and minimum viable products/features within defined timelines.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Development, Full Stack Development, or Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in implementing projects with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and database management concepts.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and testing methodologies.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Asynchronous Programming concepts.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience working with Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
