Job Brief
We are looking for a Key Account Sales Specialist (Customer Growth Specialist) to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role involves managing a portfolio of assigned clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent support and communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for growth and improvement to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts)
- Prepare regular reports on account status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements and Skills
- 3 - 5 years Experience as a Key Account Management, Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
