About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Contract) to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. The role involves regular client visits, nurturing leads, conducting demos, and supporting business growth in the SaaS/B2B domain.
Note : The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel, both within the assigned region and occasionally to Chennai for training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture inbound leads to conversion.
- Identify and engage outbound prospects through visits, calls, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and strengthen trust.
- Deliver product demos and explain use cases (training provided).
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the RSM.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of closed accounts.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings, competition, and market trends.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales / SaaS sales / field business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with regular travel across assigned territory.
- Ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-driven, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel to Chennai for product training if required.
Contract Details
Duration: 1 Year (renewable based on performance and business need).
Location: Gurugram / Pune
