Key Responsibilities:
Transform User Needs: Translate customer requirements and user expectations into engaging, interactive web applications that captivate and delight.
Design with Precision: Approach problems with a designer’s eye and a focus on user experience. Deliver solutions that not only meet functional requirements but also create “wow” moments for users.
Quality Implementation: Implement requirements with precision and high quality. Focus on making things work initially and then iteratively improve them for optimal performance.
Stay Updated: Continuously learn and stay current with advancements in web technologies and industry trends. Apply new knowledge to enhance our products and practices.
Integrate with Backend: Understand backend code and collaborate on providing front-end solutions that seamlessly integrate with backend systems.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries. Ensure that your contributions bring value to both customers and the organization.
Own Your Work: Take full ownership of your tasks and be accountable for the quality and timeliness of your work. Be prepared to iterate and adapt based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Contribute to Team Culture: Be an active participant in a positive work environment. Engage with peers and managers to continuously improve the quality of work and foster a collaborative culture.
Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, bug-free code. Conduct unit testing of changes before handing them over to QA to ensure high standards of code reliability and performance.
Requirements:
Experience: 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
UI/UX Expertise: Proficiency in UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and CSS Grid systems. Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
JS Frameworks: Working experience with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, React, Angular, or similar.
Passion for Design: A keen interest in creating good design and enhancing usability.
Desired Skills/Nice to Have:
Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
React.js Knowledge: Understanding of React.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
Open Source Experience: Experience with open-source projects and familiarity with community-driven development practices.
