Role - Product Marketer

Location - Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Enablement:

-Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including sales presentations,  product guides, and competitive analysis.


2. Video Marketing:

-Develop and write storyboards and scripts for video content.

-Transform product modules into engaging videos and guides with technical expertise.

-Create innovative short and long-form video content to keep the audience engaged.

-Utilize creativity and strategic thinking to produce compelling video narratives.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing strategies.

-Stay updated on the latest video marketing trends and technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

-Familiarity with basic videography and editing knowledge earns brownie points.

-If you have experience in front of the camera, such as presenting videos or working as an RJ, it is a huge plus


3. Market Research:

-Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

-Analyze data and insights to develop customer personas and segmentations.

-Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on market research findings.


4. Partner Marketing:

-Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and collateral.

-Assist in creating partner enablement materials, such as partner playbook and co-marketing guidelines.

-Track and report on partner marketing activities to assess effectiveness and ROI.


5. Website Management:

-Support website management efforts by updating content, optimizing user experience, and ensuring accurate product information.

-Work with the design and development teams to implement website enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

-Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.


6. Social Media and Content Creation:

-Draft engaging social media posts across various platforms to promote products and engage with customers.

-Contribute to the development of content marketing materials, such as blog articles, white papers, and case studies.

-Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and impactful content.


7. User Education:

-Assist in the development of user education materials, including product documentation, tutorials, and video guides.

-Conduct user research to understand user needs and challenges in using our products.

-Collaborate with the customer success team to gather feedback and improve user education materials.
