Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for engaging with inbound leads. As an Inbound SDR, you will be responsible for handling incoming

sales inquiries, qualifying prospects, and setting up demo meetings for the sales team. Your goal will be to convert high-quality leads into opportunities and support the Account Executive (AE) in closing deals.


Responsibilities:

● Lead Engagement: Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.

● Prospect Qualification: Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile and sales objectives.

● Demo Scheduling: Set up demo meetings with qualified prospects, coordinating with the Account Executive (AE) to facilitate the sales process.

● Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to build relationships and understand their needs.

● Campaign Development: Develop and execute creative email campaigns and outreach strategies to engage and convert inbound leads.

● CRM Management: Accurately record and manage lead and activity data in CRM systems to track progress and maintain up-to-date information.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy.


Requirements:

● Experience: Ideally 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development role, with a focus on handling inbound leads within a SaaS or technology environment.

● Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and understand their needs.

● CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo).

● Tech-Savvy: Passionate about technology with a curiosity to learn about various prospecting tools and sales techniques.

● Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and tasks, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
